Yay back from KL.Posted at: 7:54 AM Which was, by the way, extremely boring. I am proud of myself, this is the first holiday that I've survived without some form of handheld gaming console. Which as I progressed from cute small boy to cute junior college student, follows the sequence of Nintendo Game-and-Watch --> Nintendo Gameboy Color --> Nintendo Gameboy Advance --> Nintendo DS. Yes I am that technologically savvy. 2 SCREENS SIA PSP FTLOSE. Ok whatever. Ipods ftw. Basically, any form of mp3 player ftw. Excellent way of plugging into another world and daoing the one we currently live in. Because seriously let's face it, it sucks. Join the Life Is Damn Tough group on Facebook set up by Master Kern Wong Jin Yi. Or take lit as suggested by nick, because Life Is Tough. Or be one of the (FOAM)ulators that have sprouted up on MSN (which I personally find rather retarded, because half the words used dont have a part that sounds like FOAM but whatever their prerogative) [wow I am good I used prerogative] Ok so the trip. On the first day after the excruciatingly long coach ride (fortunately the coach had nice comfy leather seats that could recline nearly 180 degrees so I had an excellent nap), we arrived and checked in bla de bla bla funkytown, and my brother and I smartly headed straight for the nearest Borders to buy books to alleviate the extreme boredom. Yes it was that bad. Okay other than that KL was really not interesting at all. Totally not worthy of talking about here other than a few amusing things that I saw while shopping and stuff; (ok I relent - it is good for shopping, that's all) An excellent shop to buy stuff to seduce guys, girls. And I say that even though I have absolutely no clue what it sells seeing as 50% OF THE SHOPS WERE CLOSED FOR CNY. THANK YOU, PARENTS. Since when has frozen ba gua become a delicacy? What the hell is a 'Dragon View'. Is it the view you get when you sit on top of a Dragon, or you can get a nice view of a dragon, or what??? Ok KL has imba food too I admit. Other than the nice roadside restaurants which sell stuff like SAMBAL STINGRAY ZOMGZOMG. There was this nice Outback Steakhouse next to the hotel. I have never eaten there before even at the sg outlets (I didn't even know sg had them, shame on me and I saw one at Suntec today i was like DAMN). So I had a nice dinner there. A high-quality product of boredom, an attempt at being artistic with an iPod. =FAIL= AHA FEEL HUNGRY?! This was actually better than the main course lol. Aforementioned main course. Which actually was really nice la I am talking rubbish about the cheese fries pwning it lol. The fries were freaking salty eating them too often will definitely cause a serious case of liver failure. Ok nice I dont know whats the difference between serious liver failure and non-serious liver failure seeing as the liver fails either way. HAHA SPOUTING RUBBISH. Ok that was my brilliant KL trip for you, whoopdedoo. It managed to waste my entire CNY holidays practising how to be a stone and drowning in music. Now I come back to realize that I have 2 history essays left uncompleted, band rehearsals and ihc cybergaming during valentine's week! HOORAY I AMS THE EXCITED. GO ME. |
