Tuesday morning
I remember stormy weather
The way the sky looks when it's cold
And you were with me
Content with walking
So unaware of the world

Walking on air

3 days of dry run compressed into a few sentences, and disguises to boot.

Ah yes all those taking the unbearably long SAT paper tmr, all the best and dont die during the 4 hours pls.

Anyway to the core of the matter, I was thinking about things today and it struck me how precious mothers are. They truly are everything they are 'exaggerated' to be in comcis, cards, and the like. They're like an amalgamation of a hundred different professions, and yet they charge not a cent for their time unlike lawyers and psychiatrists whose rates run into hundreds per hour. Cook, housekeeper, tailor, doctor, nurse, aunt agony, psychiatrist, policeman, teacher, just a few things mums do that I can rattle off the top of my head. And they do so much more - a constant source of encouragement, never-endingly sacrificing for us, at times being firm to discipline us but soft side always breaking through.

Sure seems strange then, that sometimes there are things we can't tell our mothers, or that we take out our daily stresses and anger on them sometimes. I'm wracked with guilt everytime that happens 'cos I know my life wouldn't really be much of a life if my mum hadn't been there every step of the way.

It's almost magical in fact, then when I'm with my family I hardly think about those things that get me down 'cos its abit hard to frown when all they want to do is talk, sometimes about the most inane or maybe embarrassing things ever but it's still fine to talk about it with them.

So I resort to sticking every dark thing that clouds the skies into other random places where they can't be found. Some find their way here whether intentionally or not but a majority just get shoved and locked away 'cos the bright and open is not a good place for them to be. Too many repercussions and consequences, in fact.

I think people need to get their priorities right and stop butting into places where they don't belong. Including myself? I'd raise my hand if I were 100% guilty, but that description is certainly more apt for more than a few people I know.

-INSERT REALLY OBVIOUS DESCRIPTION OF THEIR CHARACTERISTICS HERE TO GET POINT ACROSS AND DESTROY ALL FRIENDSHIPS-
