Tuesday morning
I remember stormy weather
The way the sky looks when it's cold
And you were with me
Content with walking
So unaware of the world

Walking on air

Inexplicably alluring

The hardest thing is to be sitting right next to the person you love and yet missing her terribly WHISPERS: HELLO, I MISS YOU QUITE TERRIBLY -

You act in concordance with whatever she's doing, just to spend that bit of extra time, and yet there's just too many people, too many things I CHIMED IN WITH A "HAVEN'T YOU PEOPLE EVER HEARD OF, CLOSING THE GOD DAMN DOOR" -

You try your best to stop this seemingly poisonous addiction; it might kill you but you don't want to stop - that's just the way things are AND ALL THAT WAS, AND ALL THAT NEEDS, NO I DON'T WANT TO NEED AT ALL -

You look at the dazzling kaleidoscope of the events and people in her life and you think to yourself, 'screw this.' - you walk home, alone A FALLING STAR, AT LEAST I FALL ALONE -

And yet, almost stupidly, you do whatever you can to prove that you, yes even you, might be worthy of a person like her, her image constantly pushing you on BUT YOU'RE STILL ON MY LONELY MIND -

Perhaps one day you might be of greater importance in her life, perhaps if something happened to you she might notice YEAH YOU BLEED JUST TO KNOW YOU'RE ALIVE -

But maybe if she leaves, you wouldn't be that affected. Maybe as long as you know why she leaves and why you're not that special person, or what you did that was so wrong, you would be pacified WHEN YOU GO, WOULD YOU EVEN TURN TO SAY, I DON'T LOVE YOU, LIKE I DID, YESTERDAY -

But no. You wouldn't be pacified. How can a person who's lost an angel be happy THAT IF YOU SAY GOOD-BYE TODAY, I'D ASK YOU TO BE TRUE

And it shatters into a million pieces 'CAUSE THE HARDEST PART OF THIS IS LEAVING YOU
